Senior Sales & Events Manager | 4★ Hotel | Central London

Full time permanent role

We are recruiting a Senior Sales & Events Manager at a centrally based 4* London hotel, delivering large-scale, high-impact corporate events.

You will oversee events from the initial enquiry through to the planning stages, ensuring excellent communication between both clients and internal departments to maximise both revenue and repeat bookings from events ranging upwards of 400+ guests.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing corporate events of 400+ guests in a hotel, venue, or large-scale events setting.
• Strong background in both event planning and sales – confident pitching, negotiating, and contracting.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring within an events team.
• Excellent client relationship skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
• Knowledge of hotel events and systems (e.g. Opera, Delphi, or similar) is an advantage.
• A natural multitasker with keen attention to detail and a passion for exceptional service.
