Our client is proud to be the world’s largest community designed to inspire and support C-Suite executives focused on Defence & Security. They’re looking for a Senior Conference Producer to join the team and work on new launches in the sector.

Role Requirements and Responsibilities

1. Producing a targeted number of events per year (or equivalent) with workshops.
2. Conducting intensive research to validate conference content with senior executives, including secondary publication and web research.
3. Developing in-depth master-briefs summarising main findings for the project team.
4. Inviting, confirming, and maintaining ongoing relations with senior speakers.
5. Running onsite events, networking with senior executives, and developing future business opportunities.
6. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute cross-functional strategies.
7. Controlling budgets for direct event costs.
8. Creating original, engaging sales copy for brochures, websites, and mail pieces.
9. Demonstrating a strong productivity record and ability to meet deadlines across multiple product cycles.
10. Generating seed ideas and understanding the topic development process.
11. Delivering growth across launch events.
12. Having 2+ years of conference production experience, ideally with international portfolios in a commercial setting.
