Job summary

Cohesity, the leader in AI-powered data security, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Engineering to join our UKI team. You will provide technical leadership and drive our sales efforts with large enterprise customers.

Lead a team of sales engineers, mentor members, deliver product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and collaborate with product management. This role supports two UKI segments and requires travel.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role proposing enterprise solutions.
• 5 years of experience managing Sales Engineers teams.
• Experience selling Enterprise Hardware/Software, Cloud platforms or Virtual Infrastructure.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Engineers across UKI, guiding technical and solution architecture for opportunities.
• Mentor team members and develop their technical and customer-facing expertise.
• Provide expert sales and technical support by clearly articulating Cohesity technology to customers and prospects.
• Enable customers to integrate Cohesity products into production environments.
• Respond to customer and partner requests with timely, accurate proposals.
• Drive secondary storage technology strategy for key accounts and partners.
• Develop and deliver product demos, workshops, white papers, and proposals.
• Guide the team through proof-of-concepts to showcase Cohesity value.
• Collaborate with product management to relay customer requirements and influence product improvements.
• Provide project management and post-sales technical support as needed.
