Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Engineering to lead our UKI Sales Engineering team. You will guide technical leadership and drive solution architectures across Data Protection, Analytics, Storage, Virtualization, Database, and Cloud for flagship clients. The role requires strong collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Partners.

We value performance, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic deal execution, with remote work options and travel within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in customer-facing pre-sales roles.
• Proven experience managing Sales Engineers teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Engineers across UKI, delivering architectural solutions.
• Mentor team members and grow technical expertise and customer knowledge.
• Provide expert sales and technical support to customers and prospects.
• Enable customers to integrate Cohesity products into production environments.
• Respond to customer/partner requests with timely, accurate proposals.
• Shape the technology strategy for large accounts with product teams.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
