Job summary
Veeam Software in London is seeking a Lead Customer Success Engineer for Data & AI Security to drive long-term customer outcomes across the Securiti Data Command Center platform. You will own onboarding, adoption, and optimization, proactively identifying churn risk and upsell opportunities while applying deep expertise in DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance.

Qualifications
- 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization for DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance offerings.
- Identify churn risk early and propose mitigation plans; support renewal strategy with technical insights.
- Engage CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer, and Data Leadership stakeholders with clear risk and opportunity updates.
- Own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap; influence expansion and renewal outcomes with Sales and CS leadership.
- Collaborate on adoption and expansion initiatives to drive customer success.
- Operate with an account assignment model tied to ARR and growth potential.
