Job summary

Redline Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer in Buckinghamshire to join the technical team. You will design and present enterprise solutions, lead customer workshops, and guide complex engagements with stakeholders across engineering and sales.

You will travel to customer sites across the UK, spend time in the Buckinghamshire office, and act as a trusted advisor while mentoring junior engineers and shaping service offerings.

Qualifications

Must have a strong networking background in enterprise infrastructure or security environments.
Experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, consultancy, or senior network engineering role.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Work with the sales team to design and present technical solutions for enterprise customers.
Lead customer workshops, demonstrations, and technical discussions with engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
Scope solutions, support proposals, and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to future service development.
Hybrid role with travel to customer sites across the UK and time spent in the Buckinghamshire office.
