Job summary

BioLogic, a high-technology company, seeks a Northern England-based Senior Sales Engineer to drive revenue for electrochemistry and energy storage instruments in Northern England and Northern Ireland. You will report to the Area Sales Manager for Germany and the UK and coordinate with the head office to strengthen regional sales.

You will manage weekly visits, develop new business opportunities, and conduct demonstrations while maintaining CRM and delivering reports to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in scientific instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments, preferably in electrochemistry and battery testing.
• Fluent English, willingness to travel up to 60%.
• University degree or PhD in electrochemistry, instrumentation or chemistry or related field

Responsibilities

• Strengthen sales in Northern England by coordinating with the sales manager and head office.
• Secure existing customers by organizing weekly visits and regular calls.
• Engage in calling and visits to potential customers to identify business opportunities.
• Develop interest of customers in our equipment, identify opportunities and propose solutions.
• Maintain customer/prospect database and activity details.
• Prepare and submit reports on customer-facing activities to management.
• Perform and document installation and operational qualifications of new instruments.
• Back-up Southern UK Sales Engineer during holidays.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in meetings.
