Qualifications

• Technical education or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or industrial technology.
• Track record of selling via direct and indirect channels to industrial end users.
• Experience with asset owners, engineering companies, contractors, and consultants.
• Proficient CRM and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; full UK driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UK commercial strategy for the industrial portfolio.
• Drive growth through direct sales and partner-led channels.
• Build and manage partner plans, targets, and pipeline.
• Provide technical product guidance, prepare proposals, and train customers and partners.
• Maintain Salesforce data and deliver forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Travel across the UK for customer and partner visits.
