Job summary

Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software, seeks a technically skilled sales enablement specialist. You will develop and manage high-impact sales tools, work with the Sales team to resolve contract technicalities, and translate customer requirements into product roadmap input.

You will ensure designs meet local codes and standards while traveling across the EMEA region to engage key clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate results to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in offer management or technical contract review.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and engineering tools (e.g., Salesforce, CAD).
• Knowledge of local standards, codes, and energy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of high-impact sales tools and technical support materials.
• Partner with Sales to negotiate and resolve technical aspects of customer contracts.
• Capture customer requirements to influence future product roadmaps.
• Support engineered designs to meet applicable local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Travel throughout the EMEA region to support key client engagements and projects.
