Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Enablement Manager to support our field GTM teams, including Sales, Presales, and partner-facing roles. You will convert complex requirements into clear, region-specific enablement content and tailor it to the audience across on-boarding, ramp, and ongoing enablement.

You will own the end-to-end enablement strategy for the region, turning product and process requirements into actionable material, and repackage globally built content for regional

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM or sales enablement, SaaS focused.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Presales, BDR, and related teams’ dynamics.
• Technical acumen to support technical audiences.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across senior GTM leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable defining success measures and reporting.
• Regional expertise with working knowledge of local market dynamics.
