EverPure is seeking an EMEA Performance Partner to translate global strategies into regional sales enablement. You will bridge global and local execution with direct collaboration with VPs and sales leaders, shaping enablement that accelerates deal velocity.

You will design outcome-based learning, localise content for diverse markets, and drive high-impact workshops for Enterprise AEs and leaders. Travel up to 50% across EMEA hubs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering sales enablement and leadership programmes.
• Ability to translate global frameworks into regional playbooks.
• Proven track record in high-stakes facilitation with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Strategise regional performance by identifying friction points in the sales cycle.
• Design and localise outcome-based learning for EMEA markets.
• Scale content with AI tools and rapid iteration.
• Lead workshops for Enterprise AEs and senior leadership with practical coaching.
• Track KPIs and provide data-driven improvement insights.
