Bridge Recruitment is recruiting for a senior Sales Director/Manager role in London, focusing on winning large commercial/office cleaning contracts. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, generating significant new business with uncapped commission and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience selling commercial or office cleaning contracts.
• Proven track record of winning ~£1.5 million per annum in new business.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial cleaning and facilities services market.
• Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work with financial metrics.
• Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the commercial cleaning sector.
• Win new commercial and office cleaning contracts.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to contract award.
• Generate leads through outbound sales activity and networking.
• Conduct client meetings and site surveys.
• Prepare competititve pricing and financial models.
• Produce proposals and tender submissions.
• Manage tender opportunities from qualification to final submission.
• Present solutions to prospective clients and senior decision-makers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and secure signed contracts.
• Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
• Work with operations and senior management to ensure smooth mobilisation.
