Kiltane is recruiting a full-time Keyholder for our London store on Museum Street. You will join a team with a passion for luxury fashion, sharing responsibility for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards.

The role requires previous luxury retail experience (beneficial), strong teamwork, daily cash handling, and the ability to open and close the store in a fast-paced environment. Full-time position with probation, 28 days holiday, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Customer service excellence and ability to build rapport.
• Experience with cash handling and daily cash-up.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail settings.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and returns accurately.

About the job

We are recruiting a full-time Keyholder for our Kiltane store in London, Museum Street.

As a keyholder, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.

About you:

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)

Able to work well with others & approach others easily

Dedication to provide high standard of customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Daily cash-up

Managing the opening and closing of the store

Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing payments and returns
• Ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and well presented
• Accepting and cross-checking daily deliveries
• Maintain knowledge of all out products and textiles
