Mary Rush Care Ltd is seeking a Luxury Retail Supervisor for our London store on Museum Street. You will lead the sales team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive performance to meet store targets in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in senior sales or store management, strong leadership, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. The role offers permanent employment with probation and ongoing staff training.

About the job

We are recruiting a Luxury Retail Supervisor for our store in London, Museum Street.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience at a senior sales level or as a store management.

Please note candidates without the above criteria will not be considered.

As a Luxury Retail Supervisor, you will work in collaboration with your line manager to support your team achieving their goals and going above and beyond for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
