• Deliver a warm, intuitive, 5-star customer experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge across Store Kit Kemp categories (furniture, home accessories, art, gifting, dining, fragrance, bath & body).
• Drive retail performance by recommending products and supporting sales targets.
• Manage furniture consultation bookings with Head Office and prepare for appointments.
• Coordinate with Head Office for stock checks and replenishment.
• Coordinate with Ham Yard Hotel team to fulfil guest orders.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organisation on shop floor and stock areas.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Support Retail and Creative teams with stock management and ad hoc duties.

Terms: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Working Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:45am – 6:15pm
Flexibility for seasonal demand and occasional late-nightshopping events is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic andpassionate Retail Assistant to join our Shop Kit Kemp store in Ham Yard,London.

With excellent customer service experience and a warm,friendly personality, you will greet every client and ensure they receive agenuine 5-star experience while in the store. As the face of the brand, you will provide an intuitive andpersonalised experience for both store customers and hotel guests. You will becomfortable working both independently and as part of a team, maintainingimpeccable standards at all times. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver a warm,intuitive and seamless 5-star customer experience, ensuring every customerfeels welcomed, valued and well-informed.
• Demonstrate exceptionalknowledge across all Shop Kit Kemp retail categories, including:
• Furniture, Homeaccessories, Art, Gifting, Dining, Fragrance, Bath & body &Customisation services
• Actively drive retailperformance by confidently recommending products, converting browsing intosales and supporting sales targets.
• Manage furnitureconsultation bookings by coordinating with the Head Office team andensuring the store is prepared for appointments.
• Liaise closely with theHead Office team to support smooth daily operations, inventory checks andstock replenishment.
• Coordinate with the HamYard Hotel team to ensure guest orders and requests are followed uppromptly.
• Maintain impeccablestandards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across both theshop floor and stock areas in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Respond to customertelephone and email enquiries accurately and in line with company procedures.
• Support the wider Retailand Creative teams with stock management, operational tasks, and other adhoc duties.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

• Experience within aluxury retail, design or interiors environment is advantageous.
• Strong customer serviceand communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptionalexperiences.
• A genuine ambassador forthe Kit Kemp brand and its unique products.
• Excellent attention todetail, particularly regarding stock management, inventory control andvisual presentation.
• Strong organisationaland time management skills.
• Confidence in handlingcustomer feedback and resolving complaints professionally with asolution-focused approach.
• A positive, flexible andproactive attitude with excellent multitasking skills.
• The ability to workeffectively with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
• A commitment tomaintaining a safe working environment.
