Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor to help individuals and families find the right care, building relationships and achieving realistic targets. Youll guide them to Home Care, Live-in Care or Care Homes with warmth, empathy and commercial awareness.

No care experience is required, but you should be confident, organised and an excellent communicator. The role offers up to £27,500 base with uncapped commission and generous benefits, plus opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Comfort with targets and incentive-based earning.
• Experience in sales or customer-focused environment.
• Care experience is useful but not required.

This isnt a scripted call-centre role

Every enquiry is different. Youll listen, understand what people need and guide them towards the right service, from Home Care and Live-in Care to Care Homes.

Youll need warmth, empathy, confidence and commercial awareness, alongside a genuine drive to achieve results.
