Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor in Easton, Cambridgeshire to help individuals and families find the right care. You will build relationships, guide enquiries to the appropriate services (Home Care, Live-in Care, Care Homes) and work with an energetic team to achieve targets and impact the community.

You do not need prior care experience; a sales or customer-focused background with warmth, empathy and strong communication is valued.

As a Senior Sales Advisor, you'll help individuals and families find the right care, while building relationships, achieving realistic targets and making a real impact. Up to £27,500 plus uncapped commission and great benefits.

This isn't a scripted call-centre role. Every enquiry is different. You'll listen, understand what people need and guide them towards the right service, from Home Care and Live-in Care to Care Homes. You'll need warmth, empathy, confidence and commercial awareness, alongside a genuine drive to achieve results.
