Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor to help individuals and families find the right care and build lasting relationships. You’ll guide clients through Home Care, Live-in Care and Care Homes, while aiming for realistic targets and making a real impact.

You don’t need care experience; a sales or customer-focused background is fine. The role offers up to £27,500 base plus uncapped commission, with regular incentives and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage new care enquiries.
