Job summary

Agincare Group is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality personal and domestic care in clients' homes. You'll support independence, build trusted relationships with clients and their families, and mentor new team members as needed.

Working around you with flexible 40-hour weeks and shifts from 7am to 10pm, including alternating weekends, you’ll deliver compassionate care while upholding dignity and respect at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months care experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• NVQ Level 2 preferable.

About the role:

• Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.

• Ideal for experienced Care Assistants looking to progress their career.

What you will bring:

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
• Full UK driving licence
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am – 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work – we currently cannot offer sponsorship
