Jewson in Brighton is recruiting a Senior Sales Advisor to join our branch team. This full-time role focuses on growing new business, nurturing customer relationships and supporting colleagues across the yard and trade counter.

You’ll identify opportunities, upsell solutions, onboard new customers within 13 weeks and drive profitability with strong product demonstrations and proactive reporting. Competitive salary plus bonuses and pension available.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Advisor to join our friendly Jewson branch, in Brighton North Street, BN41 1DZ.

Due to the team size in branch, we are looking for someone who has a passion for sales, but also has a willingness to support the rest of the team.

All employees are provided with the relevant training to ensure they are multiskilled in all areas of duties in branch, including the yard and trade counter.

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 7:30-1700, and every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifynew business opportunities and proactively pursue new customer accounts through strategic prospecting.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their needs, upselling and cross-selling solutions.
• Ensure new customers are successfully onboarded and activated, maximising spend potential within the first 13 weeks.
• Drive increased profitability by optimising margins and increasing the share of wallet from each customer.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuringaccurateforecasting and pipeline management.
• Conduct regular customer visits, productdemonstrationsand presentations to build rapport and drive sales.
• Provideaccurateandtimelyreports on sales activities, customerfeedbackand market insights.
