Job summary

Irwin & Colton is seeking a senior Safety, Health and Environment Manager to guide the site’s strategy across safety, health, environment, process safety and security in South Wales.

You will lead a high‑level SHE function, develop and own the management systems, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and strong relationships with regulators and emergency services.

Qualifications

• Senior SHE leader with experience in major hazard COMAH environments.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and environmental qualification required.
• Proven ability to lead teams and engage regulators.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Safety, Health, Environment and Security at the site.
• Own and improve SHE management systems to ISO 45001/ISO 14001 and COMAH requirements.
• Deliver the site's SHE strategy and drive major hazard risk management.
