G2 Legal Limited in Leeds is seeking an experienced RTA Litigation Executive to take ownership of a high-value litigated RTA recovery caseload. You will join an established team handling complex road traffic accident recovery claims, with a strong insurer client base and experienced colleagues.

You will manage your own cases, progress through litigation, negotiate settlements and contribute to a busy, high-value practice.

Qualifications

• Experience handling litigated RTA recovery claims.
• Ability to manage own caseload and deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and settlement skills.

• Handle complex liability issues and progress claims through litigation
