Qualifications

• Experience handling litigated RTA recovery claims.
• Strong understanding of liability issues in road traffic accident cases.
• Excellent negotiation and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of litigated RTA recovery claims valued over £10,000.
• Progress claims through litigation and liaise with insurers.
• Negotiate settlements and work towards favourable outcomes.
• Receive training and career development within a supportive team.
