Qualifications

• Experience in road traffic accident (RTA) litigation is preferred.

• Manage own caseload of litigated RTA recovery claims valued over £10,000.
• Progress claims through litigation and pursue favourable settlements.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain client relationships.
