• Experience in handling litigated large loss RTA claims.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to provide clear and concise advice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a caseload of litigated RTA claims valued £50,000–£250,000 for major insurers.
• Manage and comply with court timetables and deadlines.
• Prepare and review evidence, documents and disclosures.
• Advise clients on tactics and reserves and draft court documents.
• Attend conferences and hearings; represent clients where appropriate.
