Alliance Personnel seeks an experienced Operations Manager for the Roofing Division, covering the South Coast from Eastbourne to Hampshire. You will lead a portfolio of high-profile roofing projects, manage skilled installers, and drive operational excellence from inception to completion.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong project-driven leadership, budgeting awareness, and delivery of quality, safety and stakeholder management across pitched and flat roofing services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing roofing operations across pitched and flat roofing.
• Strong leadership in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
• Hands-on approach to quality, safety, and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients and suppliers.
• Commercial awareness with budgeting and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Roofing division operations across pitched and flat roofing projects.
• Develop schedules and programmes to deliver projects on time.
• Implement quality assurance and safety protocols.
• Manage budgets, costs, and profitability with the pre-construction team.
• Lead and develop installers, conduct PDP reviews, and recruit new team members.
• Maintain client communication and stakeholder relations.
