Job summary

Caledonian Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Roofing Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial, industrial, or high-end residential roofing projects from handover to completion. You will deliver contracts safely, on time and within budget, acting as the primary contact for main contractors and clients.

The role requires 3–5+ years of roofing contract management, SMSTS/CSCS Black Card, and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of contract or project management experience in roofing.
• Strong leadership, organizational and commercial variation skills.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple roofing sites to meet programme milestones and quality specs.
• Manage budgets, variations and work with QS to protect margins.
• Ensure RAMS compliance and health & safety across sites.
• Coordinate site teams, sub-contractors and directly employed staff.
• Attend progress meetings with main contractors, architects and surveyors.
