The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication and program management across multiple projects, with in-depth roofing system knowledge and a proactive approach to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading roofing projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Strong knowledge of pitched and flat roofing systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pre-construction to create schedules and budgets.
• Allocate labour, equipment and materials to sites efficiently.
• Maintain quality control to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Promote a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation and performance.
• Serve as primary client contact during project execution.
• Monitor budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
• Lead and mentor project teams for peak performance.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
