Alliance Personnel Ltd is partnering with a well-established specialist roofing and construction business to recruit an experienced Operations Manager. You will take ownership of delivery across a portfolio of projects, ensuring safety, profitability and consistently high standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires close involvement with the projects, the people and the commercial detail, with responsibility for 1–3 high-profile projects from inception to completion and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience delivering operations across roofing/construction projects.
• Proven track record on 1–3 high-profile projects from start to finish.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and profitability.
• Experience with procurement and manpower planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of roofing projects.
• Take direct management responsibility for 1–3 high-profile projects from inception through to completion.
• Develop programmes and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement in operations delivery.
• Allocate manpower based on skills, experience and project requirements.
• Support recruitment and development of installation teams.
• Oversee procurement, equipment and machinery management.
• Lead performance reviews and identify training opportunities.
• Maintain strong client communication during and after projects.
• Review workflows to identify efficiency improvements.
