Job summary

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support field testing and deployments on defence programs, delivering robust, scalable autonomy solutions.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Robotics, CS, or related engineering field.
• 6+ years hands-on experience with robotic systems (hardware, software, and integration).
• Experience leading technical design decisions on autonomous problems with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of autonomy solutions across platforms.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Develop autonomy behavior and decision-making logic and navigation algorithms.
• Design and implement modular autonomy capabilities across vehicle types.
• Integrate autonomy onto embedded Linux and hardware platforms, interfacing with sensors.
