Job summary

Arcadis is seeking risk professionals to lead risk and value management across major programmes in Northern England. You will identify, analyse and manage cost, schedule and business risks, support commercial decisions and embed best-practice risk processes across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, programme or enterprise risk management.
• Ability to build and interpret probabilistic risk models and present outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and commercial functions.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of contract/forecasting implications of risk.
• Proficiency with risk/scheduling tools; willingness to learn proprietary tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver risk and value management activities across the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate risk workshops and maintain risk registers and action plans.
• Develop, validate and run quantitative cost and schedule risk models for probabilistic forecasts.
• Provide clear risk reporting and insight to stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
• Advise project teams on mitigation, contingency and risk allocation.
