Trustpilot is seeking a talented Reward Analyst to join our UK HR team in London. You’ll model market data, drive compensation strategy, and partner with Finance to deliver fair, inclusive pay across countries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance on budget modelling and scenario planning.
• Design new/updated benefits and incentive programs.
• Run pay equity analysis and support gender pay gap reporting.
• Ensure reward practices comply with regulations.
• Maintain job architecture, leveling and evaluation consistency.
• Build dashboards to show leadership reward health.
• Provide robust analysis on topics like share dilution and pay mix.
• Leverage AI to deliver efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on reward topics.
• Create clear total reward communications and materials.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyze market data to inform compensation and benefit decisions that will enhance our ability to attract top talent across the countries the business operates
• Stay up to date with market trends and legislation to advise identify risks and opportunities
• Support/lead on activities required to deliver a well communicated and accurate annual salary review, bonus calculation, equity grants, benefits window and promotion cycles.
• Partner with Finance on budget modelling, cost analysis and scenario planning.
• Support the design of new/updated benefits, short term incentives and long term incentives
• Run regular pay equity analysis and support statutory gender pay gap reporting (EU, UK and any other applicable countries).
• Ensure reward practices comply with relevant employment and pay transparency regulations
• Maintain job architecture, levelling and job evaluation consistency across the organisation
• Build and maintain dashboarding to give leadership visibility on reward health
• Prove robust analysis on key reward topics (share dilution, range penetration, pay mix)
• Utilise AI in a compliant way to deliver efficient solutions
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on reward topics to gain a deep understanding of the business needs and ensure they have the data and expert advice needed to make people decisions
• Create and communicate clear and user friendly total reward communications and educational material (including ad hoc comms, cyclical communications, benefits communications and total reward statements)

Who you are:

• Proven experience in a reward role or associated discipline
• In-depth knowledge of key reward and HRIS processes and concepts
• Expertise working with people data and people systems / HRIS (currently Sage HR)
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse large volumes of data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, concise manner
• Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate cross-functionallyAbility to work autonomously and learn new skills and concepts rapidly
