Job summary

Career Moves Group I B Corp™ is seeking a Senior Rewards Analyst / Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead pay and benefits across a multi-disciplinary UK team. The role focuses on benchmarking, bonus modelling, annual pay reviews, and compliance, partnering with the People team and senior managers to shape an industry-leading reward proposition.

You will line-manage a small team, collaborate with internal and external providers, and drive reward strategies that attract, engage and retain

Qualifications

Generalist background in Compensation and Benefits.
Proven bonus and salary-review modelling experience.
Strong salary benchmarking expertise.
Line management experience.
Advanced Excel skills and numerical ability.
Strong HR systems and reporting knowledge.
Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Building strong relationships across the business to address pay and benefits queries.
Submitting data to third-party providers for benefits and salary surveys.
Analysing the benefits offering and benchmarking to inform recommendations.
Managing the bi-annual pay review and annual bonus scheme end-to-end.
Providing guidance on pay benchmarking and benefits harmonisation.
Overseeing benefits processes and relationships with brokers and providers.
Supporting Heads of Compensation and Benefits on group reward projects.
Staying ahead of legislation affecting reward programs.
