Group Reward Operations at Sky is responsible for managing compensation and benefits operations across the company. This team collaborates closely with the Group Reward CoE and Group PSO to deliver both daily reward activities and strategic objectives, including annual review cycles, benefits windows, and compliance audits.

This role reports to the Head of Reward Operations within Group People Delivery. It involves working closely with Reward Operations teams and the Reward CoE, providing operational support through data creation, analysis, and management of reward and MI data.

What you'll do:
  1. Own the delivery of the Group Sharesave scheme.
  2. Support the execution of annual pay and bonus review processes, including pay analysis and benchmarking.
  3. Assist the CoE with RSU cycle management and HMRC reporting preparation.
  4. Handle Tax authorisation reporting for the Global Mobility Team.
  5. Solve complex issues within your area, coordinate with external teams as needed, and lead projects or parts of projects.
What you'll bring:
  • Experience in a Reward function, particularly with operational project delivery during annual review cycles.
  • Understanding of Reward principles and strategies in a complex, international environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities, with the ability to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Ability to create data models, templates, and reports, with knowledge of Workday preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and credibility as an authority.
  • A customer-first mindset focused on delivering an exceptional people experience.

We offer a hybrid working model combining office presence at Livingston Watermark House and remote work, providing flexibility based on role requirements. Details will be discussed during recruitment.
