Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a retoucher in a commercial photography or creative agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in image retouching and brand building/design.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other relevant retouching software.
• Experience working in a CGI-led environment or with 3D design tools.
• Interest in industry trends and emerging retouching techniques, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced retouching techniques to enhance and perfect digital images, maintaining the intended style and aesthetic.
• Collaborate with CGI artists, photographers, art directors, and producers to align with project objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback to elevate quality across the team.
• Conduct final quality checks to ensure images are client-ready.
• Propose and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
