Marks is seeking a skilled Retoucher to ensure high-quality, consistent digital assets across a range of consumer goods and premium projects. You will collaborate with CGI artists, photographers, art directors, and producers in the UK and overseas to deliver visually compelling content.

You will contribute expertise across color correction, image compositing, and non-destructive editing, while staying current with industry trends and AI integration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a retoucher in a commercial photography or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating image retouching and brand building/design understanding.
• Advanced knowledge of color correction, image compositing, and non-destructive editing.
• Experience in a CGI-led environment or with 3D design tools.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies affecting retouching workflows.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced retouching techniques to enhance and perfect digital images.
• Collaborate with CGI artists, producers, photographers, and art directors to align with project objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
