Job summary

Marks is seeking an experienced Retoucher to ensure high-quality digital assets and consistency across projects. You will work with CGI artists, photographers, art directors and producers in the UK and abroad, delivering retouched images for premium consumer brands and technology projects.

You will apply advanced Photoshop skills, color correction, and 3D workflows, while staying aligned with client visions and project timelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional retouching experience in commercial photography or a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing image retouching and brand understanding.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and related retouching software.
• Advanced knowledge of color correction, image compositing and non-destructive editing.
• Experience in CGI-led environments or with 3D design tools.
• Interest in industry trends and emerging retouching techniques to enhance workflows.
• Experience and interest working with AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As aRetoucherat Marks, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality and consistency of our digital assets. Your responsibilities will include retouching and enhancing images, collaboratingwith CGI artists, photographers, art directors,producersand our wider creative teams in the UK andoverseas. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced retouching techniques to enhance and perfect digital images, maintaining the intended style and aesthetic.
• Working closely with CGI artists, producers, photographers, and art directors to understand project objectives and deliver retouched images that align with creative visions.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to other team members to elevate the quality of our collective creative output.
• Conduct final quality checks toeliminateerrors and ensure images are client ready.
• Propose and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and quality.

Minimum Qualifications
