Job summary

Marks is seeking a skilled Retoucher to ensure high-quality, consistent digital assets across a range of consumer goods and premium projects. You will collaborate with CGI artists, photographers, art directors, and producers in the UK and overseas to deliver visually compelling content.

You will contribute expertise across color correction, image compositing, and non-destructive editing, while staying current with industry trends and AI integration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a retoucher in a commercial photography or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating image retouching and brand building/design understanding.
• Advanced knowledge of color correction, image compositing, and non-destructive editing.
• Experience in a CGI-led environment or with 3D design tools.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies affecting retouching workflows.

Position Overview

As aRetoucherat Marks, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality and consistency of our digital assets. Your responsibilities will include retouching and enhancing images, collaboratingwith CGI artists, photographers, art directors,producersand our wider creative teams in the UK andoverseas. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced retouching techniques to enhance and perfect digital images, maintaining the intended style and aesthetic.
• Working closely with CGI artists, producers, photographers, and art directors to understand project objectives and deliver retouched images that align with creative visions.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to other team members to elevate the quality of our collective creative output.
• Conduct final quality checks to eliminate errors and ensure images are client ready.
• Propose and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as aretoucherin a commercial photography or creative agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in image retouching and your understanding of brandbuilding and design.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other relevant retouching software.
• Advanced knowledge of color correction, image compositing, and non-destructive editing.
• Experience working in a CGI-led environment, or with 3D design tools.
• Interest in industry trends and emerging retouching techniques to continually enhance workflowsand capabilities.
• Experience and interest working inAI and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to work effectively with remote team members.
