Marks is seeking a skilled Retoucher to ensure high-quality digital assets across a range of consumer packaging and premium brand projects. You will collaborate with CGI artists, photographers and art directors in the UK and overseas, delivering retouched images that match creative visions and client expectations.

The role requires 4+ years of retouching experience, a strong portfolio, and advanced Photoshop skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a retoucher in a commercial photography or creative agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing image retouching and understanding of brandbuilding and design.
• Advanced knowledge of color correction, image compositing, and non-destructive editing.
• Experience working in a CGI-led environment or with 3D design tools.
• Interest in industry trends and emerging retouching techniques to enhance workflows.
• Experience and interest working with AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced retouching techniques to enhance and perfect digital images, maintaining the intended style and aesthetic.
• Work closely with CGI artists, producers, photographers, and art directors to align retouching with project objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members to elevate overall output quality.
• Conduct final quality checks to ensure images are client-ready.
• Propose and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
