Job summary

Marks is seeking an experienced Retoucher to ensure high-quality digital assets and consistency across projects. You will work with CGI artists, photographers, art directors and producers in the UK and abroad, delivering retouched images for premium consumer brands and technology projects.

You will apply advanced Photoshop skills, color correction, and 3D workflows, while staying aligned with client visions and project timelines.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional retouching experience in commercial photography or a creative agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing image retouching and brand understanding.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and related retouching software.
Advanced knowledge of color correction, image compositing and non-destructive editing.
Experience in CGI-led environments or with 3D design tools.
Interest in industry trends and emerging retouching techniques to enhance workflows.
Experience and interest working with AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Retouch and enhance digital images while preserving intended style and aesthetic.
Collaborate with CGI artists, producers, photographers, and art directors to meet project objectives.
Provide constructive feedback to elevate output across the team.
Perform final quality checks to ensure client-ready results and error-free images.
Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
