Job summary

West Lancashire Borough Council is seeking an experienced Senior Scheme Manager to join our Tenancy Services team, supporting Independent Living services for older residents.

You will provide day-to-day operational support to Scheme Managers across multiple schemes, conduct regular visits, supervise staff, and work with contractors and external agencies to maintain safe environments and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Scheme Managers across multiple schemes
• Lead visits to schemes and support staff to maintain safe environments and high service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and external agencies to deliver services and drive improvement
• Assist safeguarding, welfare concerns and risk management
• Support staff and deputise for the Independent Living Team Leader as required
