Standard Life plc is seeking a senior leader to drive the growth and development of a team of advisers delivering retirement and investment advice. You will apply your pension expertise and leadership to ensure high standards, training, and regulatory compliance across the advisory function.

In this role you will build strong internal and client relationships, manage a cross-divisional network, and uphold risk and competence frameworks to deliver great customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum CII Diploma Level 4 is essential.
• Experience advising clients with retirement needs.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 12 advisers to meet KPIs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Training and Competence schemes and strong risk controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and growth of a team of Standard Life Advisers delivering retirement and investment advice.
• Provide professional financial advice on retirement solutions and investment propositions.
• Drive customer experience, advocacy and satisfaction within a robust risk and competence framework.
• Develop cross-divisional relationships to support business objectives and referrals.
