Standard Life plc is seeking an experienced Senior Advice Quality Consultant to join our financial services team. You will be customer- and colleague-focused, with practical knowledge of risk management and regulatory requirements, ideally with life and pensions expertise.

You will lead quality monitoring across our Advice business, undertaking call monitoring and evaluating outputs in accordance with our Quality Framework to ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes.

Competenze

• Expert knowledge of regulated Advice landscape.
• Experience in Quality Control and/or Financial Advice.
• Balance customer outcomes, conduct risk and commerciality.

Mansioni

• Deliver quality monitoring across the Advice business area.
• Perform quality assessments focused on customer outcomes and experience.
• Monitor calls and process outputs in line with the Quality Framework.
