Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to cover Northern England, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships and promoting Cosentino products. You will acquire new customers and meet their short- and long-term goals to deliver top service across home centers, fabricators, and designers.

You will serve as the main contact for clients, drive sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the business strategy in the area, including trade shows and showroom

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or field merchandising experience.
• Proven ability to interact with multiple levels on commercial projects.
• Experience with customer databases; Salesforce preferred.
• Stone fabrication or distribution experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product knowledge to present to customers.
• Present and sell Cosentino products to current and potential clients.
• Manage territory sales and cultivate relationships with K&B stores, fabricators, and designers.
• Ensure CRM data quality, provide quotes, and schedule weekly client visits.
• Increase market share by expanding displays and point-of-purchase materials.
