Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to cover Central London and drive sales strategy, client relationships, and market expansion across multiple channels including Cosentino Center staff and fabricators.

You will develop product knowledge, present installations, and maintain a strong pipeline through active prospecting and customer engagement. The role requires 4+ years in sales and knowledge of the kitchen/stone industry.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience.
• 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.
• Experience with Customer database, Salesforce preferred.
• Stone fabrication or distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategy for Cosentino products in the assigned territory.
• Acquire new customers and maintain existing accounts across remodeling, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication channels.
• Present and sell Cosentino products and services to clients; understand client needs and deliver value.
• Manage client relationships to ensure continuous, profitable partnerships.
• Collaborate with Cosentino staff and other managers to achieve sales targets and market share.
• Support marketing materials, product knowledge, and showroom displays to drive demand.
