Job summary

Cosentino in London seeks a Retail Sales Manager to lead the strategy and relationships with our clients in Central London. You will drive sales and promote Cosentino products, acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones across key channels.

You will need strong product knowledge, experience in stone fabrication, and proven ability to work with builders, fabricators, and interior designers to generate leads. The role offers an international brand with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience.
• 2+ years of interacting with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Stone fabrication or distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.
• Present and sell Cosentino products to current and potential clients within remodeling, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication.
• Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory.
• Ensure customers have marketing materials and displays, CRM setup, price quotes, and weekly visits.
• Increase market share by elevating displays and point-of-purchase materials within the territory.
• Collaborate with Cosentino staff and other Account Managers to accomplish goals.
• Execute business strategy for all customer segments in the area (home centers, K&B, Fabricators).
