Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team within our Birmingham store. You will foster an inclusive environment, guide strategic decisions with the Store Leader, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals.

You will recruit, train, and empower staff, model Apple values, and manage day-to-day store operations across assigned functional areas to drive store success.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in the local language (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers) and empower members to learn and grow.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership and interact with team members and customers to meet priorities.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalate when appropriate.
• Drive business priorities by planning and executing store operational strategies.
• Uphold company policies and protect assets and information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple's values daily.
• Be a role model for inclusive leadership and develop diverse teams.
