Apple is seeking a Senior Manager for our Newcastle upon Tyne retail store. You will lead a team, shape the store’s vision, and partner with the Store Leader on strategy to drive performance and critical business priorities.

You’ll develop managers, recruit and train staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold Apple values of inclusion and integrity in every interaction. This is a fast‑paced role that requires clear decision making and a commitment to building an inclusive team.

As a Senior Manager, you’re responsible for creating a positive environment of customer interactions that effectively drive achievement of performance goals and business priorities. You help drive your store’s vision and purpose, develop other managers, and support the Store Leader with business strategies and critical decision making. While a Senior Manager leads specific parts of the experience, you also help identify, analyze, and solve complex problems in partnership with Store Leader.

Minimum Qualifications
  • You should:
  • Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
  • Be proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
  • Have 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
