• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales or a related field.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays in the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each member to learn, grow and achieve goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership, interact with team members and customers, and ensure exceptional service.
• Address customer and team member concerns, escalating with leadership when needed.
• Drive store performance by planning and executing the operational strategy of the store.
