Job summary

Clockspire Restaurant, part of WSH Restaurants, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving financial results across the restaurant.

The AGM will lead front and back of house teams, maintain operational standards, and develop talent while upholding Clockspire brand standards and guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high end restaurants

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support the General Manager in implementing operational strategies and objectives.
• Take full responsibility for operations during shifts and in the absence of the GM.
• Maintain company standards, procedures, and service expectations.
• Lead and inspire front and back of house teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development; conduct performance conversations.
• Coach managers to strengthen leadership across the business.
• Address performance concerns promptly per company policies.
